2. Bring your card or member ID plus one government-issued ID on your visit. Some HMOs require pre-approval for specific services — see each partner's section below.
3. For animal bites, walk in immediately — do not delay treatment while waiting for HMO approval. Rabies exposure is time-critical. We start post-exposure prophylaxis the moment you arrive; HMO reimbursement is handled after care begins.
